Positive: Property was excellent in every regard

Negative: Not the owners fault but the managing agent is utterly hopeless. Tried six times to get a VAT receipt and in the end they sent me one claiming VAT was £12 on a £600+ stay and are now ignoring me. Very poor, and costing me £100+ in lost VAT offset.

Summary: Would recommend the property to anyone
